A Mac that can stay on and awake (a Mac mini is ideal), macOS 13 or newer, about 10 GB free, and a Claude account from Anthropic. Everything else is optional and depends on the jobs you pick.
On your own Mac. Jarvis talks directly to the services you connect with your own accounts and keys. Backups run nightly to your Mac and, if you choose, an encrypted cloud copy.
Not unless you let it. Everything starts in copilot: Jarvis drafts, you approve. You can move individual jobs to autopilot when you're comfortable.
Setup asks which storefronts and tools you use. QuickBooks is the supported accounting system; storefronts, email (Microsoft 365 or Gmail), Twilio texting and calls, Shippo labels and more connect in Setup.
